PEARL Legacy was founded as a tribute to the Lathan siblings' parents - Pearline Butler Lathan and Roosevelt Lathan, Sr. They both were hard working, self-reliant, and devoted to their children's education and well-being. Personal responsibility, self-discipline, and community service were values they taught by example. These are some of the principles we impart to the youth in our community.Our goal is to provide children, youth and young adults with opportunities for education and growth in a positive and supportive environment. These individuals will create success in their own lives and will have a positive impact on the lives of others worldwide.
